British Royal Pastry Chefs Gift: Christmas Gingerbread Recipe

Required products

 10 pieces with a diameter of 50 mm will require:

  • 200 g flour

  • 100 g of butter (80% fat and more)

  •  75 g crystalline fine brown sugar

    Ideal Dark Brown Soft Sugar (Soft Sugar Dark Brown), which is used for baking cookies and gingerbread.
  • 25 g powdered sugar for dusting
  • 45 g of milk
  • Cherry for decoration
